Important. The consultation service is free of charge for the client. To confirm a booking, a security deposit is paid — this is not a service fee. Our aim is to negotiate with the seller and to earn our fee primarily from the price reduction achieved, rather than from a fee charged to you. On a successful purchase the deposit is returned to the client in full. If the client decides not to proceed with a purchase after the consultation process, the deposit is used to cover the costs associated with the consultation. We are not licensed real estate agents — we work as independent property consultants. All final decisions on choosing and buying a property are made by the client.

Not every trip has to end in a purchase. You will have spent two weeks getting to know the area, seeing what is on offer and what is possible — and you will know whether this plan suits you at all. The relationships and the experience are worth something in themselves.
